PinScene is a community-driven map platform. User-generated content consists primarily of short text descriptions (up to 280 characters) and optional photos. Automated data feeds display metadata (event names, descriptions, dates) sourced from public APIs.

How to File a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on PinScene infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on PinScene you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (URL or pin ID)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in Gwinnett County, Georgia
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complaining party
Repeat Infringers
PinScene will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
